The event was held at Port Macquarie Golf Club on November 2.
About 60 golfers - of varying abilities - took to the course for the event.
The day was highlighted by the chance to win a Toyota Yaris with a hole in one on the seventh.
While a few golfers hit the green, no one managed to secure the top prize.
Main sponsors of the event were Warren Plowright Toyota, Lexus Port Macquarie & Insurance House
Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service CEO Richard Jones attended the event and praised the community's support.
"This event helps raise much-needed funds which will be used to help fund the rescue helicopter service to this area," he said.
Community liaison officer Richard McGovern said he was pleased with the funds raised.
"The three man ambrose event seemed to work well for the teams and everyone enjoyed the novelty events plus the opportunity to hit for the Toyota Yaris,” he said.
“It was good to see over 60 players on the course for this inaugural event.
"There were many sponsors who helped contribute to the success of the day.
"These included first year paramedic students from Charles Sturt University who helped run our novelty holes, the Hastings support group for the barbeque and Port Macquarie News' Peter Daniels as our adjudicator for the hole in one.
"The level of support was tremendous and all funds raised go directly to the service to cover Mid North Coast mission, so we can continue to fly free 24/7. "
