In an exciting finish, the winning gap was just one shot.
The match was played out in front of plenty of supporters on June 7.
The victory for Allen and Bartlett was their third in the pairs after claiming the title in 2009 and 2012.
They have also teamed up in the triples and fours championships through the years, claiming several wins.
The 2018 pairs win was a close contest from start to finish, Lil said.
"It was very close all the way through," she said.
"We certainly enjoyed the game.
"To be honest, we actually thought Doris and Doreen would come out on top. They have been playing very well in recent times.
And while the game wasn't excactly our best game, it was still very good to come out on top.

"And while the game wasn't excactly our best game, it was still very good to come out on top."
Lil and Heather were part of the triples championship winning team from 2017 while Lil also won the fours title.
But there is one title that continues to avoid Lil.
"I've twice contested the major singles title and both times I was the bridesmaid," she added.
Lil had her first roll up in January 2007 and joined later that year.
She bowls two or three times a week and enjoys the game.
She said the club was going along quite well with several new members coming into the club this year.
"The club is going along quite nicely," she said.
