Over three days of racing on June 9-11, fans will witness some of the best motocross riders in the country, including two national champions going head to head.
Factory team riders Luke Clout, Dylan Wills, Aaron Tanti and Kyle Webster will be joined by national champion Egan Mastin.
In the women’s class, current national champion Madi Brown from Victoria will take on multiple national champion Meghan Rutledge and current world Enduro champions Jessica Gardner and Jess Moore.
The juniors will take to the track on Saturday. Some of Australia’s best young riders will be racing in full fields, with the eldest junior classes vying for the Prince and Princess of MX crowns.
Motorcycling NSW CEO Dave Cooke said the two feature races should not be missed.
“On Monday we have two feature races for the King of MX and a ladies only race for the Queen of MX,” Cooke said.
“Both races are ten minute sprint races, and both have prizemoney of $10,000 to the winner, making them both the richest MX races in the country, so the action will be fierce.
“This is also the first time our female athletes have been awarded the same status as the men in terms of prizemoney and having equal billing with the guys, so it’s an exciting time for the sport.”
All the racing action will take place at the Hastings Valley Motorcycle Club at 60 Cowarra Access Rd.
Entry is free for spectators on all three days of the event.
Juniors race start Saturday with U16s and the senior competition kicks off Sunday and concludes on Monday.
