I made the commitment to the Wauchope community that a new ambulance station will be built, and construction begins soon.

Though, as with all Labor Party aspirants, Ms Jenvey struggles with the reality that it does take time for new facilities to be designed, planned and approved; temporary accommodation to be found; existing structures to be demolished and then the new building built.
The Wauchope station is one part of a far bigger program put in place by the NSW Government – the $122 million Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Reconfiguration (RAIR) program.
There was so much to catch-up on and fix-up after Ms Jenvey’s Labor friends were voted out, but country NSW is now getting its fair share.
