Ironman Australia kicked off its program of events with a community fun run.
Hundreds of plodders, sprinters and those who just wanted a laugh took part in Bright Night Fun Run.
The fun run, in its second year, raises money for local community groups. In its inaugural year, the event gave back more than $10,000 to the Hastings region.
