I'm not impressed. If Mr Hartsuyker really wanted to make a positive difference, he'd get off his bike and get down to legislating an "opt-out" system in which all citizens are automatically registered for organ donation unless they choose to state otherwise.
It's not like you need to invent anything Mr Hartsuyker - a simple replication could save many of the 12,000 Australians on transplant waiting lists and dialysis annually. The 2016 Australian donation rate was 20.8 donors per million (pmp). Spain had 43.4 pmp. Australian rates of organ donation and transplantation is low compared to other countries: we rank 22nd behind countries like Croatia, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
So how about it Mr Hartsuyker? Get off your bike and get down to legislating a world class organ donation and transplant system.
