The girls qualified for the State Championships by convincingly winning the recent North Coast Championships, scoring 14 tries in three games and only having one scored against them.
It is the sixth year that the girls have qualified for the State Championships and hopes are high.
Coach Matt Taylor says the girls have been training very well and enjoyed a session in the wet with Graham Sonter from the NSWRU on Wednesday June 14.
“A special thanks to Graham and Mr Palmer (our resident scrum expert) for their assistance. On Wednesday June 21 the girls will be lucky enough to have former Australian Rugby player James Holbeck running a session for them,” added Mr Taylor.
