THE combined Churches of Wauchope are once again running the Celebrate Jesus Community Fun Day in Bain Park on Saturday, March 25, 9am-2pm.
This is an annual event aimed at providing the community with a chance to enjoy a pleasant morning of entertainment and activities completely free of charge.

HASTINGS COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL
On Friday night, March 17, the Members Country Music Concert will be at the Wauchope RSL Club Auditorium, with a gold coin donation.
On Saturday morning, at 9.30am, there’s a Junior Walk Up followed by a sing-along with Walk Up visiting and local artists at the Bago Tavern from 11am.
On Saturday night, March 18, the main concert is at Wauchope RSL, starting at 7.30pm, admission $10.
On the bill are special guest artists Graham Doubleday and Big Al Herbert, known as Double Trouble, the Sunset Duo of Shirley and Brian Appleyard from Newcastle, and Bush Balladeer and songwriter Micheal Claire from Taree.
They will be supported by 2016 Talent Quest participants, Peter Smith and Jeffrey Keena, and the Hastings Ramblers.
On Sunday, March 19, from 9am, this year’s Talent Quest will be held at Wauchope RSL Club.

The Royal Australian Historical Society is staging one of its popular seminars with history-based workshops on Saturday, March 18, 9.30am-3.30pm at Wauchope Country Club.
