Nineteen music students sold out the Glasshouse on February 15, for the seventh annual Bravissimo Concert. Former classmates, teachers, family and friends, applauded their confident, poised performances as they played and sang like seasoned professionals. From our area, emcee Kaes Besseling (St Joseph’s Regional), charmed the audience with his introductions; percussionist Liam Coelho (MacKillop) was passionate on snare; Shannon Neville (St Joseph’s) blew a cool alto sax; violinist Rebecca Cooper’s (SCAS) strings sang; Jordan Munro (St Joseph’s) was smooth on piano; Jaxon Pollard (Hastings Secondary) sang with guitar; Lindsay Kaul (Camden Haven High) showcased the oboe, and Tahlia McLennan (St Joseph’s) performed like a concert pianist.
