The 2016 R U OK? Day is on September 8 and Ms Woolston is hosting an event in support of the suicide prevention organisation.
To inspire people in Wauchope to reconnect, Mrs Woolston is organising a morning tea at Wauchope Country Club and urging people to bring someone along they’d like to spend more time with.
A guest speaker from Headspace will be speaking at the event. Everyone is encouraged to wear yellow to the event. Prizes for best dressed will be awarded.

Dying with Dignity
The next meeting of Port Macquarie Dying with Dignity NSW will be held on Tuesday, September 6 at 10am at Port Panthers.
Adam Easter, Certified Financial Planner & Director, Northcorp Wealth Management is back by popular demand as Guest Speaker.
This is a meeting not to be missed if you have concerns about your income in retirement.

Hospital volunteers – The Wauchope hospital volunteers will host a street stall on Friday September 2 from 7.30am until 4pm outside the IGA Supermarket in Hastings Street.
The group will also meet on Monday September 5 at 10am in the community health meeting rooms, High Street Wauchope.
Farmers market – The Hastings Farmers’ Market is on Saturday September 4, 8am until 1pm at the Wauchope Showgrounds.
Port Macquarie Mid North Coast Branch – Ulysses Club, will ride on Sunday September 4, departing the donut at 9am to Urunga for lunch. There is a break at Gladstone.
Coffee on Saturday September 3 is at Abundance Cafe at 9.30am.
