The girls fought hard and scores were level until the dying minute, when Taree West scored three quick baskets for a final score of 24-18. As it’s a knockout the girls are out, but can hold their heads high on strong performances and excellent sportsmanship.
The boys continue on their quest to make it to the State Finals defeating Taree West 36-7. The teamwork and camaraderie they display at training and in all games contributed to their success. They now play Tamworth Public School and hopefully make it to state titles at Bathurst next month.
