A sign on the former hotel says it’s ideally suited to a wine bar or restaurant incorporating the existing bar.
There is also for rent a commercial retail space, a large commercial area with access to the rear car park, and a small commercial space, and the sign says the site would suit diverse usages.
Expressions of interest will close on July 29 2016.
