This weekend's Long Flat Campdraft is set to be the biggest ever, with 1000 entries lodged for the three-day event.
According to Upper Hastings Sports and Rodeo Association president John O'Brien more than 1200 cattle have been secured for campdraft competitors.
Participants will travel from the southern and western parts of NSW as well as QLD.
Campdrafting events get under way at 2pm on Friday with the $450 Wauchope Produce Encouragement Draft, and from 6.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
The finals will held on Sunday.
More than $7000 in prize money will be on offer, including the $2500 Peter Muddle Memorial Novice Draft.
Bar, canteen and BBQ will operate all weekend.
