Joseph Frederick Bolt, 20, and Jake Hector Bolt, 26, were granted conditional bail on October 9.
The brothers are accused of attacking the teenager when the Wauchope Blues' reserve grade side were playing the Forster-Tuncurry Hawks on August 17.
The teenage victim was allegedly struck multiple times while he lay on the ground at Harry Elliot Oval.
The brothers were not required to attend Forster Local Court on Wednesday, when their matters were moved to Taree Local Court on February 17.
Their bail conditions, which include not approaching the victim or his family and reporting to police thrice weekly, were continued.
