Ten-year-old Phoebe entered nine events and won two medals - a second and a third placing.
The swim meet was held at three different venues across NSW - Queanbeyan in the south, Taree in the middle of the state and Lightning Ridge in the north.
Most of Swimming North Coast clubs competed at Taree, while two - Twin Towns and Murwillumbah - went to Lightning Ridge.
Taree had 2030 entries, made up of 343 swimmers from 54 clubs, with Swimming North Coast comprising 18 of these clubs, with 118 swimmers and 707 entries. The rest of the entries were largely made up of swimmers from the Coast and Valley Area, which is Newcastle and Gosford.
Entries for Lightning Ridge totalled 1090, from 143 swimmers from 25 clubs.
Swimming North Coast did very well against the other areas, with the medal tally from Taree exceeding 200, with 79 being first places.
Port Macquarie topped the clubs with 64 placings of which 24 were first places, Kempsey and Coffs Harbour each had 14 first places and Forster and Wingham nine each.
At Lightning Ridge, seven swimmers from North Coast won 24 medals between them, with three first placings.
