Port will take on Macleay at Wayne Richards Park after a forfeit to Manning in the first round a fortnight ago.
In between, the Hastings lads had a narrow loss to Coffs Harbour in round three of the SCG Country Cup last weekend.
The Josh Hyde-captained Port outfit went down by three runs in that encounter.
It looked like Port would be chasing a big score in that match, but the bowlers toiled hard and reduced Coffs to 219.
Chris Cole took three wickets with his leg spinners, while Ethan McKenna also captured three scalps.
Team manager Matt Day said it was a good effort with the ball.
"After 30 overs they were 3-165," he said.
Darren Bourke made 45 in the run chase and Cole 39, but it wasn't enough in the end.
Ethan Hyde scored 32 not out
"He just ran out of partners," Day said.
The team was all out for 216.
"It was a good result really, to get within three runs of a team like that [Coffs]," Day said.
Liam Coelho, Cole and Bourke will miss Sunday's game at Wayne Richards Park.
