Senior Constable Kylie Anne Williams pleaded guilty to a mid-range drink driving charge at the Port Macquarie Local Court on Thursday.
But Williams of Talofa Crescent, is yet to enter a plea to the two other charges relating to the same evening.
The 38-year-old mother was caught drink driving on Byng Street in Orange at about 10:30pm on March 24, she was off duty when police pulled her over for a roadside breath test.
Police allege she then assaulted and resisted a police officer within the following hour.
A breath analysis revealed she was driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.102.
William's case has been adjourned for mention until June 19 at the same court.
