Wayne Richards Park is the venue for the big match as RSL and the Macca look to improve their positions in first grade's top four.
RSL sits in second spot on 34 points while Macquarie isn't far behind with 28. Michael Pelley's men are in fourth.
Wauchope is level with Camden Haven in the wickets column, with 57 scalps so far this season.
Captain Brad Baxter has been thrilled with the job his bowlers are doing so far.
He said he was confident of being able to defend just about any total.
"Bowling is our strength, for sure," he said.
Andrew Murrell, Matt Broderick, Matt Day and Dan Morrison are leading the way with the ball.
Day is out again this weekend, with an ankle problem still affecting him.
Baxter said young Sam Johnson could get the call up to the top grade this weekend.
"He's been on the cusp of first grade," he said.
"We'll discuss that at training tomorrow [Thursday]."
Port Panthers Pirates are still trying to open the wins account this year.
The Pirates will face off against Comboyne at Oxley Oval tomorrow.
Already they're up against it. Leon Clogg will miss the match with a hamstring injury he suffered last weekend against RSL.
Shane Williams and Mark Jackson are also out tomorrow, but young fast bowler Nick Bartlett returns to the fold.
"Yeah, still chasing that first win," captain Rod Morton said with a heavy sigh.
The Pirates have been unlucky in patches this season so far, Morton said, allowing other teams to outplay them.
Morton and co have had a look at the batting order and made a couple of changes, but those changes still hadn't led to that first win.
"Where do you start looking for answers?" Morton said.
Camden Haven hosts Port City Leagues Magpies in the remaining match of the round at Laurieton Oval.
