With the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, they now offer expanded services with three locations and a growing team of 20 professionals including a child and family psychologist.
Director Beth Todd says “In 2016 Early Connections launched Accept Difference, a social awareness campaign advocating for a more inclusive community. The Accept Difference commercial went global and the first film received millions of views online. The campaign focuses on promoting positive personal stories of inclusion to shine a light on understanding disabilities.”
“In 2017 we received the ECIA (Early Childhood Intervention Australia) Champions of Inclusion Award and were Finalists in the 2017 NSW Disability Industry Innovation Awards. These recognise excellence in the disability sector and celebrate organisations with a commitment to children with disability and their families.”
“We are thrilled to be recognised for excellence in early childhood intervention and look forward to transitioning our families to the National Disability Insurance Scheme.”
