The nine-year-old won the championship by 36 points and it was the first time he had a full year to compete in all of the events.
Levi competed in 15 of the possible 19 events and he held off 17 other competitors for the title.
He travels long distances to compete almost every weekend with his parents sacrificing their time to allow him to pursue his dream.
“His goal is to be a part of the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) circuit and ride in America on the best bulls,” Levi’s mother Tash Ward said.
“He loves it, he has been getting involved in roping and barrel racing too.”
It is an expensive sport to be involved in and Tash said they owe a lot to their major sponsor.
“If it wasn’t for out sponsor Tumblegum Bakehouse we wouldn’t be able to do what we do,” Tash said.
