Residents, guests and staff from across four facilities within St Agnes’ Parish’s Catholic Care of the Aged, stepped out to share in the fun.
Festivities were hosted along Lochinvar Place at St Agnes, Mount Carmel and Maryknoll sites, giving the event a ‘neighbourly’ atmosphere.
Tacking Point School Band and Mick Shipley entertained the crowd with a few hits from the past and a sing-along, which had residents and children up and dancing. Krista Gillen’s Zumba Gold Group put on a lively display and encouraged staff and families to join them in their routine.
The home baked treats sold out quickly, surprising the organisers, who were immensely grateful to everyone that had donated their time and effort.
