The 30-year-old man, who is a Taiwanese national, will face court on Wednesday charged over the alleged assault on the boy in Griffith on Saturday.
Police will allege in court that the boy had attended an appointment for a sports massage when the masseur sexually assaulted him.
The boy reported the alleged assault to his mother, who immediately contacted police.
Detectives from the State Crime Command's Child Abuse Squad launched an investigation, and arrested the masseur on Saturday afternoon.
He was taken to Griffith police station and charged with two counts of having sexual intercourse with a child between 10 and 14 years, and aggravated indecent assault of a child under the age of 16.
He was refused bail, and is due to reappear in Griffith Local Court on Wednesday.
