Footsprint in Ag formed in 2015 by Wauchope Showgirl Ashley Olsen, as an initiative to get more youth involved in their local shows. For their first event for 2016, the group wanted to help those who might be doing it hard in the agriculture industry.
"Just because we aren't experiencing the drought directly doesn't mean we can't help our fellow farmers," said Ashley.
Delegates and committee members from Footprints in Ag come from Gloucester, Taree, Kempsey and more.
Gloucester delegate Nick West has organised some exciting items from the charity auction, with all proceeds from the auction going to the Aussie Helpers Charity.
"We've got a cricket bat signed from both the England and Australian teams during the 2013-2014 Ashes series," said Nick.
Other items on the auction list include a Timbertown Resort and Loggers dinner, breakfast and accommodation package for two people worth $300, a Team Smart five hours of business coaching worth $700, $100 Whalebone Wharf restaurant voucher, $100 Aromatics voucher, a Rachael Treasure pack and more.
A part from the auction the night will be jam-packed with country music from local talent Angus Gill and Hannah Lee Pead.
The night's headliner will be country sweetheart Caitlyn Shadbolt, who was a top five finalist in the 2014 run of The X Factor.
Tickets are $55 per person, which includes complimentary champagne or beer upon arrival, a two course meal and live entertainment all night.
If you would like to bring a table of eight, tickets are $50 per person.
Table nominations are to be emailed to footprintsinag@outlook.com
