Gear up in your silliest or most serious sporting wear to add to the atmosphere at the Port Macquarie Surf Club at Flynns Beach from about 6.30pm.
You can go all out in Rugby Union World Cup theme or crazy sport mash up to dress you and your table to match.
It won't all be sports trivia according to Port Macquarie-Hastings mayor Peter Besseling.
But with quizmaster John Carroll and his wife Sue leading the questions you can bet there will be a fair smattering, plus music, geography, showbiz, movies, politics and current affairs.
There will be a raffle with prizes including a Gold Coast holiday and a weekend at a Coffs Harbour resort.
"We're hoping to add to the coffers of the Mayor's Sportingt Fund," mayor Peter Besseling said.
"And to raise the profile of the fund to sporting clubs for more applications," committee member Ann-Maree Crowe said.
The fund has distributed $300,000 to our young sporting prospects since it began in 1999.
"It has helped our young athletes achieve their dreams to become Olympians and world champions," Cr Besseling said.
Rugby Paralympian Ryley Batt, Olympic and world champion swimmer James Magnussen, cyclist Lauren Kitchen and Ironman Pete Murray are among those whose careers have been assisted by the Mayor's Sporting Fund.
"The fund provides regular amounts throughout the year [to applicants] and one large scholarship annually," Cr Besseling said.
Tickets are $120 for a table of eight or $15 each and can be bought at the Glasshouse box office, online at www.glasshouse.org.au or call 6581 8888.
The evening kicks off from about 6.30pm and you can bring your own nibbles and buy beverages at the licensed bar.
"Everybody is welcome to come along for some fun and frivolity."
