Current owner Shane Hay said he's been blown away by the amount of interest "since we were somehow cross-promoted on Gumtree and Facebook".
"The phone has been running hot since it went on Gumtree 200 days ago.
"It's been unbelievable.
"SBS is even coming out next week to talk about the park's historic value.
"We've had everything from people wanting to have their weddings there, or photo shoots, to people genuinely interested in setting up a tourist attraction or coffee shop.
"There are also people who would just love to live there, like the man with three daughters who wanted to sleep in the castle.
"Just yesterday, someone wanted to use the property to film a music video," he said.
The semi-retirement dream for Mr Hay, his wife Karen and his parents was to bring the iconic tourist attraction back to its former glory days.
"Dad and I were going to do it together as a project, but my dad passed away eight months ago and the dream fell apart a bit," he explained.
"We've also had quite a lot of bad health in the family.
"It's unfortunate how things have turned out.
"Ideally, we'd really love to sell to someone with a passion for bringing Fantasy Glades back to life.
''Port Macquarie really needs something like this."
The four-acre property off Pacific Drive has been on the market for more than 18 months and is currently listed at $560,000.
Mr Hay said zoning would accommodate a tourist attraction or other business ventures ranging from a child minding facility to caravan park or theme park.
