Beryl joins the centenarian's club on November 25, and will celebrate with family and friends at Regis Hastings Manor tomorrow.
Although she would have preferred to host people at the family home in Windmill Street, she and her husband Harry now both reside at the aged care facility.
Beryl was originally from Newcastle but has lived in Port Macquarie for 48 years.
She is a life member of Far West and has also served the community as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and was a member of the Women's Auxiliary in the Second World War.
She and Harry recently celebrated 69 years of marriage, another milestone in anyone's language and yet another celebration will be enjoyed next month when Harry turns 93 on December 3.
The couple have three sons, two grandchildren, three great grandchildren and eight great, great, grandchildren.
Son Peter says up until three years ago the couple were still going to Cairns on holidays, towing a caravan.
Beryl believes the reason for her longevity is she has worked hard and helped the community as much as she could.
It has also been good to have her three sons live close by in Telegraph Point, Beechwood and Wauchope.
"They're good boys," Beryl says.
