The dynamic duo will head to Coffs Harbour to compete at the event from tomorrow to August 19.
Surfers will compete on the best nine days in that period.
The festival will consist of four amateur events, including Australian Longboard Titles, Australian Logger Titles, Australian Surfmasters Titles and Australian Single Fin Titles.
The event will showcase the best in surfing, skate, music, fashion and art for nine days.
Hudson will compete in the open single fins while Morrison will contest the over 40s event.
Surfing at Coffs is something Hudson has done before, but not for a while.
"I've surfed at Coffs a few times, mainly when I was younger," he said.
"Every now and then I go up to help out with coaching and what not but I haven't been there to surf for a while so it should be good."
The pair are only expected to be in Coffs for a few days but Hudson is expecting it to be tough. "The way they've aligned it I think the field will be really strong," he said.
"The last few years it has still been competitive but this year it will be stronger because all the opens will be there."
Hudson has a string of titles to his name and said he will go in with confidence under his belt.
"It will be tough no doubt but I have a great board and I'll be going in with some confidence," he said.
Morrison will also be looking to knock over the competition in the over 40s event.
The baker works the graveyard shift but still fits in a surf every morning in preparation for the event.
