But, you'll have to be quick to snap away - her medium of choice is a sandy beach at low tide.
What this exercise-physiologist-by-day can do with a rake will blow your mind.
Using nothing but her hands and a $23 expandable rake from Bunnings, Miss Dickey has been wowing local beachgoers and Facebook followers.
Just three weeks ago, the 24-year-old Lake Cathie woman decided to try her hand at sand art.
What has happened since has "blown her mind".
In the 24 hours following a post on Port News' Facebook page, her work attracted 528 likes and 47 shares.
In the seven days since creating her own Facebook page, she's gained more than 200 followers.
She's also collaborating with a local couple to produce something memorable for their beach nuptials.
For someone with no formal training, her artistic 'career' is soaring.
"I've always loved sketching with felt pens and decided to get back into it more recently," the country girl at heart said.
"I saw a link online and got the idea that my sketches would translate really well to sand."
Apart from rogue waves, Miss Dickey said energetic children and over-inquisitive dogs can be her worst enemy.
On the plus side, no two artworks are ever the same and they can never be reproduced.
The massive potential of her ‘canvases’ is also unlimited.
According to Miss Dickey, the designs only take a couple of hours once the tide is right - and she rarely has a plan before putting rake to sand.
“I usually have no idea what I’m going to create, I just go in the zone and wing it,” she said.
The Lake Cathie woman grew up on a 1,500 acre beef property at Bellbrook, but says she’s always been drawn to the beach and finds drawing in the sand “calming”, like a zen garden.
“It’s more about the process than the end result, but once you put the rake down there’s no mistakes, you can’t fix it.
“It wouldn’t be the same though if it didn’t get washed away,” she said.
“The fact that it’s temporary somehow makes it more beautiful.
“My favourite time of day is about 10am, when there are people around to watch and time is on my side.”
So, if you happen to see one of Miss Dickey’s works, grab the nearest camera, because the tide could soon erase it all before your eyes.
It may be the only proof it existed.
