The customised version of Monopoly, developed after thousands of residents and businesses had their say, pays tribute to Port Macquarie.
The Port Macquarie Monopoly edition features locally-themed squares in celebration of landmarks, businesses and attractions.
They include Urban Grain Bakery to Ricardoes Tomatoes and Strawberries, Port Macquarie Museum, Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail, Port Macquarie Koala Hospital, and Billabong Zoo and Wildlife Park.
Locations such as Clarence Street, Horton Street, Settlement Point and Tacking Point Lighthouse aren't forgotten either.
Players can make their way around the Monopoly board with a unique silver koala token based on the Hello Koalas Sculpture Trail design.
Hello Koalas founder Margret Meagher said it was very exciting because they worked for months in collaboration with the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital back in 2013 to produce an authentic representation of the species of koala found in Port Macquarie, so their Hello Koalas were true blue Port Macquarie koalas.
A Hello Koalas image is literally at the centre of the Monopoly game board and Hello Koalas sculpture Radiant Heart by Goya Torres is one of the "properties" to collect.
Winning Moves Monopoly manager Dale Hackett said he was thrilled that this edition celebrated such a beautiful area.
He said the Port Macquarie community had played a part in bringing these games to life.
Winning Moves is the manufacturer of the official Port Macquarie version of Monopoly under licence from Hasbro.
The new Port Macquarie Monopoly board game and Top Trumps card game are available to buy from Urban Grain Bakery, Settlement City, Billabong Zoo, and Hello Koalas Gift Shop and website.
Funds raised from Monopoly sales at Hello Koalas will help make founder Ms Meagher's long-held dream of a Big Koala a reality at the Guulabaa (Place of Koala) tourism area to open at Cowarra State Forest next year.
As well as the 2.5m public art sculpture created by local artists, Guulabaa will feature the Koala Hospital's world-first wild koala breeding centre, Bunyah Local Aboriginal Land Council's cafe and gallery, and the immersive new tree walk visitor experience WildNets.
