Ebbs and Bosschieter took out the division two grand final while Beard and Page were successful in division three as the tour arrived in the region for the first-ever time on November 26-28.
They were undefeated while Andrew Olsen and Charlie Beard finished second in men's division three after they were beaten by Jesse Beard and Jarvis Page in the final.
Phoebe Hempsell and Laura Reynolds finished third in the women's division three tournament.
Volleyball NSW beach events portfolio manager Aurélien Bova had nothing but positive words to say after the trip to Port Macquarie.
"The location is really great; it's fantastic. Parking is accessible, people loved it. In terms of the games, we had some really close games for the public to watch which was amazing," he said.
"The Port Macquarie boys took out division two which was great for the locals."
Mr Bova said the word was spreading about beach volleyball where a strong crowd gathered at Town Beach on each of the two days.
"We had people who walked by on all the days who asked us what it (the tour) was and they even wanted to buy our official volleyballs," he said.
"They were excited about the games and were really keen to watch the whole day or morning which was really good.
"There was some great beach volleyball played."
Port Macquarie is set to host another beach volleyball event in January while Volleyball NSW have pencilled in a return date next November.
"We hope it's an annual event, definitely. The locals want to do one in January as well which will be really good for the sport and the local community," Mr Bova said.
"We've spoken with the local organisation and they're trying to do one or two without us and we'll do one which we'll keep in November if we can.
"We want to keep it as a regular part of the calendar."
