The under-12 boys team took out their division with a 7-2 win in the final to accompany the under-12 girls (14-1), under-14 boys (13-4) and under-16 boys (8-4) victories.
Basketball NSW competition coordinator Ricky Hetherington said they would bring the event back to the Hastings in 12 months' time.
"The Port teams were quite strong especially in the under-14 boys," he said.
"They played six games and won them all. Some teams played upward of eight games throughout the day. The 12 boys played seven or eight and there was a Port under-12 girls team who won their final 14-1.
"It didn't come as a surprise that they won because it was quite an even competition throughout the day. The results were up and down."
Northern Rivers-based under-18 boys team White Chocolate were the standout performers of the tournament.
"They won all their games and a couple of their games ended in a mercy rule," Mr Hetherington said.
"It's a 10-minute game or if they reach 21 the game is over and they did that on a couple of occasions."
Early indications are that the three-on-three tournament will return - possibly in September or October next year.
"Our plan is to come back again in 2022 and we're just working out when that would look like," Mr Hetherington said.
"It depends when it fits into our calendar and when the people up there say they want us back. It wouldn't surprise me if it was a little bit earlier in the year."
