This year, however, Mrs Daly is participating in the challenge virtually, along with hundreds of firefighters across the nation.
The challenge aims to raise funds for MND, a progressive, terminal neurological disease that has no known treatment or cure - yet.
Mrs Daly is a volunteer firefighter with the Sancrox/Thrumster Rural Fire Brigade and first signed up to do the Sydney Eye Tower climb in 2019.
"I thought it was a great opportunity to raise funds for other firefighters who have tragically passed away from MND or who currently have the disease," she said.
"We were packed and ready to go in 2019 but we made the decision to stay behind and help others who were fighting the bushfires in our region.
"We really wanted to participate in the Sydney climb but at the end of the day the community came first for us."
Another firefighting group attached the bibs from the Sancrox/Thrumster Rural Fire Brigade as a way to acknowledge the crew during the 2019 climb.
Mrs Daly will aim to do 1504 burpees, 1504 push ups and 1504 squats throughout the month of November.
"I think that works out to be about 50 a day," she said.
Mrs Daly would love to travel to Sydney in 2022 to do the climb if coronavirus restrictions allow.
"That would be a dream, to give it a crack," she said.
