Owner of Ricardoes Tomatoes and Strawberries Anthony Sarks said the vouchers have been very popular at the farm.
"From a state-wide perspective the vouchers are a great way to get money out there into the economy," he said.
"Everyone wins. Customers get a cheaper experience and businesses also get a boost.
"We all need the stimulus at the moment and everyone seems to be using the vouchers they already have which is a good sign."
Owner of Port Jet Cruise Adventures Jodi Heeney said the vouchers made a big impact when holidaymakers weren't able to travel to our area.
"Because we didn't have travellers from Sydney up here, it prompted locals to get out and support local businesses," she said.
"We're very glad that more vouchers will be available and I think locals are keen to use them."
The additional dine voucher will also provide a boost for local restaurants and cafes.
Founder of Port Macquarie EaTs Ellen Crepaz said a number of businesses are excited following the announcement.
"It's the perfect time for more vouchers to be announced as the state starts to reopen and we head into Summer," she said.
"There's a number of businesses that have had a great response from the Dine & Discover vouchers.
"We're encouraging local restaurants and cafes to come up with $25 deals that will cover the full price of the voucher.
"There have been many setbacks and this is a lead forward for our local businesses."
Member for Port Macquarie, Leslie Williams said the expanded program will support residents across the community and encourage economic activity as part of the Government's economic recovery strategy.
"This is about supporting people to get out and have a meal or spend the day discovering their community while supporting businesses," Mrs Williams said.
"We are backing our businesses and helping hip pockets by expanding the program, in addition to extending existing vouchers until the end of June 2022."
The vouchers will be available through the ServiceNSW app.
To date, almost 4.8 million people have taken advantage of the voucher program since its launch in March, giving businesses a $430 million boost.
NSW residents aged 18 years and over who are yet to apply will be able to do so until the program ends and will receive all six $25 vouchers.
Participating businesses do not need to reapply. Those who want to join the program are encouraged to register, download the scanner app and get ready to redeem.
