Mr Bulmer was nominated by Western Phoenix FC for his commitment and service to the club and to football.
He is a positive coach, striving for the players he coaches to be the best they can while enjoying and loving the game.
His involvement with the game sees him coach a number of squads at his club while he mentors most of the other coaches.
He has been a strong advocate for female football, increasing numbers playing at his club and developing them to understand and enjoy the game.
Craig completed his Football Australia Youth C licence in 2021 to advance his own knowledge and coach behaviours to pass on to coaches he mentors at Western Phoenix.
He is detailed in all his record keeping of all the players he coaches at community level so he can improve players' abilities and reinforce the positives to them so they build self-esteem and enjoy the whole experience of being part of a community football club.
"Coaching is one of the most crucial factors in the football experience for our players," NNSWF community football manager Ross Hicks said.
"It is important that coaches like Craig maintain the great work they are doing at Western Phoenix FC so that their players develop a fondness for the game and continue to have the best football experience possible."
