"All four of them stand out in our unit and are very proactive in the work that they do," unit commander Greg Davies said.
Bob Green received his Marine Rescue 10 years service medal for his dedication and professionalism as a member of the executive team, watch officer and training officer.
Three members were also honoured with being named life members of Marine Rescue.
Keith Reichenback has been the unit treasurer, radio operator and has also been involved in fundraising efforts over the past 10 years.
Wendy Young has been involved with Marine Rescue Port Macquarie for the past 28 years and has held the positions of treasurer, radio operator and has also been involved in fundraising. She now looks after the unit's radio club and is the assistant treasurer.
Christine Dickson, over the past six years, has organised the unit's golf days and in that time has raised $70,000. She also assists in the unit's fundraising barbeques.
"All three members have done beyond what is required in assisting the running of this unit and I congratulate them all," Mr Davies said.
"They have all helped our fundraising efforts over the years, which we rely on to continue to operate.
"Bob, Keith, Wendy and Christine are all well-loved by everyone in the unit and they have always done extra work than is required for our unit."
