About 10.20am on Friday, August 13, Mid North Coast Police attended an address at Lake Cathie where they executed a search warrant.
At the search warrant a number of items were seized.
Police will allege some items are linked to a break and enter offence in the Bonny Hills area on Wednesday, August 7.
A 40-year-old Lake Cathie man was arrested and taken to Port Macquarie Police Station where he was charged with break and enter house and steal value less than $60,000, and goods suspected stolen in/on premises (not motor vehicle).
He was refused bail to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on August 14.
A 26-year-old Lake Cathie woman was also arrested and taken to Port Macquarie Police Station where she was charged with two counts of unlicensed driving, and break and enter house and steal value less than $60,000.
She was granted strict conditional bail to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court on August 25.
