This is because the Port Macquarie Regional Stadium is being used as a COVID-19 test clinic.
At this stage Port Macquarie's home fixtures have been moved to Wauchope while the Breakers will play out of Laurieton, although Kemp said he wasn't in a position to confirm this.
"I know Laurieton has been thrown up, but I'm not quite sure if that's where we'll be playing,'' Kemp said.
He was speaking after his side thrashed Taree City 46-6 in the clash at Taree.
Both Port Macquarie clubs have been on the road for much of the year. They were unable to play at the stadium earlier in the season due to flood damage.
"It's been a strange year,'' Kemp noted.
"These things happen. We just want to play footy and if that's at Laurieton or Lake Cathie, well so be it.''
Group Three chief executive Mal Drury doesn't think the stadium will be available for the semi-finals starting the weekend of September 4 and 5.
Port Sharks are currently second with the Breakers fourth.
