The Port Macquarie local will return on Saturday, June 26 for a show at the Wauchope RSL Club.
These shows follow a hugely successful run of dates that Blake has already undertaken in support of current single Willin' and Ready - which has seen him traverse all over NSW, QLD and Victoria with the legendary Mark Lizotte.
Blake O'Connor is one of Australia's most exciting young talents. His 2019 debut album reached number one on the ARIA Chart and he picked up the Golden Guitar in January 2020 for Best New Talent - a testament to his outstanding talent and work ethic.
Willin' and Ready was written by O'Connor and the highly respected country couple Adam Eckersley and Brooke McClymont.
Taking inspiration from The Allman Brothers Rambling Man (including reference in verse two "Learnt this life from the words of a rambling man"), the song incorporates influences from Tedeschi Trucks Band and Zac Brown Band.
The song was produced by multi-Grammy Award winning producer Nick DiDia (Powderfinger, Bruce Springsteen) and Adam Eckersley at DiDia's recording studio on the NSW North Coast in Byron Bay.
