The event was organised by ETC Port Macquarie and was held at the Birpai Local Aboriginal Land Council.
"The event was about improving networks among Indigenous and non-Indigenous organisations in the community," ETC Indigenous employment officer Scott Keft said.
"Organisations were able to build upon and strengthen networks to allow healing to continue."
The event included a Welcome to Country by Uncle Bill O'Brien, local dancers, stories by Aunty Rhonda as well as a barbeque lunch.
"This year being the bi-centenary of Port Macquarie, it's even more important that we come together and move forward together," Mr Keft said.
