This is the fourth time in less than two years that I have been attacked by a dog at Nobbys Beach.

I was quietly jogging across the beach when a French bulldog run to me and jumped up onto my leg.
In doing so its claws dug into my leg, causing big scratch and a couple of minor scratches.
I know this was not a major injury but this is the fourth time that a dog, clearly not under any control by its owner, has attacked me at Nobbys Beach.
Nobbys Beach forms part of the popular tourist coast trail and should be a safe place for walkers and joggers.
Please dog owners keep your dogs under control.
For many dogs that will mean being on a leash.
