The Magpies defeated the defending champions, Grafton at Wayne Richards Park on Saturday, May 15.
The home team kicked four goals, 15 behinds to post an impressive total (39) compared to Grafton's solitary goal (6).
The Magpies led the game from start to finish, reminiscent of their competition win in 2019.
Port Macquarie coach Kye Taylor said the team will be focusing on goal-kicking at training this week.
"Obviously we are stoked with that, it was an awesome four-quarter effort. I thought our attack on the ball and our play was just like what we go for at training," Mr Taylor said.
"We probably need to capitalise on our opportunities a bit more, because four goals and 15 behinds is a little ordinary for goal-kicking.
"I'd like to thank all the club, Grafton for coming down and say we're quite proud of the girls."
Grafton coach Warren Bagnall was upbeat with his teams efforts after the match, despite the score difference.
"For the girls that are learning the game, they have done extremely well. They had a good time," he said.
"We will be working on our ball movement at training to spread to ball a little further."
