It will be a clash that sees last year's northern and southern conference victor's face off.
The competition starts on April 10 in the first of 18 rounds with Port Saints to hit the road in a tough first-up assignment with Coffs City United.
A three-week finals series will be held, culminating with the grand final in Coffs Harbour on Saturday, September 11.
The competition has been stitched together after breaking into two conferences in the second half of its inaugural season due to government requirements at the time on COVID-19 safety.
CPL involves 10 first and reserve grade men's teams from Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Port Macquarie and Taree.
Changes to match venues may be required in the competition's opening weeks due to the recent flooding, an official confirmed.
Announcements will be made following assessments, closer to match days.
