It's not until you see the floods across the region from the air that you get the full picture of just how significant the impact is and will continue to be.

Port Macquarie videographer Alex McNaught shot vision across the region on Saturday.

From Town Beach in Port Macquarie to Settlement Point, Tuffins Lane and along Hastings River Drive - there is nothing but water.

To the west, videographer Josh Soper captured a flood-soaked Wauchope and King Creek.

The Hastings River at Wauchope peaked at 8.57 metres around 1am Saturday with major flooding. Renewed minor flooding is possible at Kindee Bridge Sunday morning.

In the Camden Haven, there is extensive flooding into North Haven, low-lying parts of Laurieton, Diamond head and Dunbogan.

These images by Lee Hartshorne show just how far the flooding has infiltrated property along the little riverside village at North Haven.
