At about 11pm on Saturday, February 13, Mid North Coast police stopped a red Kia hatch on Boronia Street, Port Macquarie.
Police noticed a 23-year-old Port Macquarie man in the backseat who had an outstanding arrest warrant.
The man was arrested and taken to Port Macquarie Police Station where he was charged with the outstanding warrant and refused bail.
He appeared in Port Macquarie Local Court on February 14. The warrant related to traffic offences.
Meanwhile, about 2pm on Saturday, February 13 Laurieton police attended a Lakewood address where they arrested a 23-year-old woman who had an outstanding arrest warrant.
The woman was taken to Port Macquarie Police Station where she was charged with the outstanding warrant and refused bail.
The woman appeared in Port Macquarie Local Court on February 14. The warrant related to traffic and property offences.
