Playing in their first tournament for almost 12 months, the Eagles women soared to an 11-1 grand final victory over Carina FC on January 24.
When Willow Neal found the back of the net in the 10-goal drubbing - the team's 11th goal also doubled as their 50th for the tournament.
Goalkeepers Imogene Tomasone and Britt Hargreaves picked the ball out of their own net a combined four times in seven matches.
East Coast Futsal Academy director Mick Day said it was a satisfying result following a disrupted 12 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Our women's team competed against men all 2020 because they couldn't go away to Sydney or Queensland," he said.
"It felt good the girls could again compete against Victoria, South Australia and Queensland and that was important because it was a sign sport was coming back."
The Eagles women competed against 10 other highly talented teams from across Australia
"The quality and talent on show at the tournament is remarkable," Day said.
"The best of the best are nearly always there so it's really good to go for us to go and see where we are; we're a tiny little country town... we're not Sydney or Brisbane."
As well as their women's squad, the Eagles fielded six other teams in the tournament which saw 175 teams in total compete.
"Three of our teams got into the finals whereas the other teams we had were unlucky by a goal or two of getting out of the group stage," Day said.
While their men's team didn't get out of the group stage, they pushed eventual grand finalists Brisbane Lions all the way before a 3-2 defeat saw them eliminated from the competition.
"This is the first tournament of hopefully many this year," Day said.
