Hastings residents and visitors attended Westport Park by the hundreds to enjoy entertainment on Australia Day. Marine Rescue Port Macquarie organised the Hastings Summer Waves event at Westport Park on January 26. Crowds along the breakwall watched on as teams from Flamin' Dragons Port Macquarie competed in dragon boat racing on the Hastings River. More than 50 market stalls, including food stalls were at Westport Park with free entry on offer between 9am and 2pm.
