Organised by the Kempsey Cannonballs, the competition has become a traditional opener for most clubs on the coast with strong men's and women's competitions expected again this year.
The Cannonballs have stated the tournament should be close to full capacity on February 27, following all recommended public health guidelines.
Men's and women's teams can register their interest at info.cresosevens@gmail.com.
The Upper Mid North Coast competition is to commence on 24 April with a six-club competition with Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Hastings Valley, Bowraville, Coffs Harbour and SCU Marlins all nominating teams for the 2021 season.
A boost to the competition is the addition of the BDC Barracudas Sports Club in the Under 14 and Under 16 competitions.
The club has been formed after a number of successful seasons in the Coffs Crusaders Friday night juniors competitions.
The draw is expected to be finalised in the next few weeks and will be published by 31 January 2021.
New players are welcome and can make contact with local clubs through their Facebook sites.
