The shelter at 10 Karungi Crescent, Port Macquarie will be open from 10am to 3.30pm.
Adoptions will be on a first come, first served basis for those who meet adoption criteria. The RSPCA cannot put animals on hold.
Bring photo ID as this is needed to complete the necessary paperwork.
As well as the kittens there will be a rabbit and older cats looking for a new home.
The RSPCA Port Macquarie Volunteer Branch Facebook page provides updates and details of the animals available.
The RSPCA has a few rules that apply when adopting animals from their shelters, including that children aged under 15 years must come with their family on the day for a meet-and-greet with animals.
