The Miedecke Motors team won the day with an impressive score of 60 across 18 holes using the ambrose system.
The day provided an opportunity for the chamber and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service to join forces for the first time to help raise funds for both organisations.
"We used to run our own individual golf days once a year, but Richard McGovern and I got together and decided it would be easier to manage if we did a combined effort twice a year," Mr Wilson said.
"This was our first one; we would have liked to have had it a bit earlier, but it had to be COVID-friendly which we achieved and we'll go again late March.
"The focus is on raising funds for Westpac which is a viable charity, but also some of the funds raised will go back to the chamber which is an important non-for-profit organisation in the Port Macquarie region."
Mr Wilson said not being able to hold meetings for the last six months meant they required some financial assistance which the golf day achieved successfully.
"Everybody joined us for dinner at the Port Macquarie Golf Club afterwards and they looked after us where we had a charity auction as well," he said.
"All up it was a good day."
