Magistrate Georgina Darcy adjourned the case against Martin James Cochrane, 30.
Cochrane pleaded guilty to, using a prohibited weapon and possessing or using a prohibited weapon at Wauchope on June 25, 2020.
He also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle during a disqualification period, also at Wauchope, on February 7, 2020.
Police attended a Wauchope address on June 25, 2002 where they located a set of knuckle dusters that were identified by witnesses as belonging to Cochrane, police facts tabled in the court state.
Five days later Cochrane was arrested and charged with the three offences.
Bail was not applied for and was refused.
Cochrane will return to the same court on December 24, 2020.
